The volcano suddenly appeared one day; no one knew how it got there. There wasn't much there before, just forests, so it seems no one was hurt. Initially, the volcano appeared to be a regular mountain, but eventually, volcanic activity and earthquakes occurred, covering the surrounding area in molten lava and destroying plant life.  3 hand-shaped pools of lava formed 30 days after the first eruption. Not soon after the first eruption, the area was attacked by several demonic entities. Most people reported that the entities did little more than search the area, but some people weren't so lucky, especially criminals.
