Moutholes were once human. It's head resembles that of a pitcher plant with teeth. They have no skin, just pure flesh. Their arms and feet are covered in pure wart tissue which can be infectious to anything that comes in contact with it. They're quite aggressive towards adipofear, and other hell creatures.
